1. About DukaLink

DukaLink is a platform that allows small business owners to create an online shop and share their products with customers via a unique shop link. Customers can browse shops and contact business owners directly via WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DukaLink. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Do not share your account credentials with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DukaLink to:

• List or sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods or services
• Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or customers
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to DukaLink (business information, product photos, descriptions). By uploading content you grant DukaLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content as part of operating the Service (for example, showing your products on your public shop page).

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and display all content you add to the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Transactions

DukaLink is a discovery and communication platform — we do not process payments or facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. All sales are arranged directly between the business owner and the customer, typically via WhatsApp. DukaLink is not a party to any transaction and accepts no liability for any dispute between buyers and sellers.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep DukaLink available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, introduce updates, or temporarily suspend the Service without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

8. Intellectual Property

The DukaLink name, logo, and all software underlying the Service are owned by DukaLink. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DukaLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination your public shop page will be taken down and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
